What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 3-4 weeks, depending on the delivery location for national shipments. Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays. For international shipping, we will contact you to provide information on the delivery time. The specified timeframe applies to all items in the store, except for custom-made products. The delivery time for made-to-order products depends on the type of product. Large and particularly delicate pieces will be delivered by a door-to-door carrier to ensure optimal delivery conditions.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost varies based on the volumetric weight of the order, with three categories for national shipments (mainland Spain): €50 low volumetric weight; €75 medium volumetric weight; €120 high volumetric weight; €250 very high volumetric weight. For other shipments, islands, and international destinations: To be determined upon consultation.

 Can I modify the delivery address?

Modifying the delivery address once the order has been picked up by the corresponding transport agency will not be possible unless the customer covers the expenses, and it is expressly agreed upon between the parties.
