VILLA DUARTE

VILLA DUARTE boasts a timeless architecture that blends classicism and contemporaneity. Simple volumes, symmetries, courtyards, classical rhythms, and features combined with modern spaces and technology, such as retractable windows that connect the interior and exterior, transforming the spaces into porches.

As you enter, you are greeted by a roundabout, reminiscent of an old hacienda, which serves as the parking area. A blind facade opens up to a grand gallery that separates the house into a daytime zone and a nighttime zone. With a clear and straightforward layout, circulation around a central courtyard connects the different volumes and functions.

The choice of materials in VILLA DUARTE enhances the architecture, providing the house with a sense of top-notch quality.

The monochromatic spaces, which contribute to a visually calm atmosphere, are composed of natural materials such as stone for the floors, wood for the carpentry, and lime mortar for the walls. This expression also conveys the authentic charm of the place, with its traditional Andalusian and Mediterranean architecture.
